Collection and processing of personal data

Personal data are collected only when you provide them to us of your own initiative, for example in order to initiate or perform a contract, to obtain information material or for a survey. Data which you send to us via our website are stored, processed and used solely for the purposes of initiating a contract, performing a contract or processing your inquiries. Beyond that, your data are processed and used solely with your express consent for purposes of support, advertising, market research and opinion polls.
Use and transfer of the data collected
Insofar as your consent to the above purposes includes also the transfer of your data to group companies, your data may be transferred to these companies, but not any further. You may revoke your consent at any time. The revocation will then be valid for the future.

Voith uses technological and organizational security measures to protect your data, which are administered by us, from accidental or intentional manipulations, loss, destruction or unauthorized access. Our security measures are continuously upgraded in keeping with technological progress. 

Rights of the data subjects

If requested we will inform you in writing whether we store any of your personal data and which ones. If you are registered as a user for the Voith log-in, you have the possibility to inspect your data and to modify or delete them if needed. Should the information stored be inaccurate despite our efforts to collect accurate data and update them, we will correct them upon your request. Your consent to have your personal data stored may be revoked at any time for the future by sending us a brief message.
